How to Get a Better Night’s Sleep

Occasionally, it can be difficult to get a good night’s sleep in a community of Memphis apartments. When there are many homes in close proximity to each other, there’s bound to be some noise now and then. Add the stresses and struggles of everyday life and you may find you’re having trouble getting a good night’s sleep more often. These tips from the National Sleep Foundationshould help you wake up feeling refreshed more often.According to experts, the most important step you can take towards sleeping well is to stick to the same sleep schedule every single night. As tempting as the thought is to sleep in on your day off, doing so will only make it harder to get to sleep that night or the next. Your body functions best when you give it the same schedule every day.

With all the distractions and stress you encounter during the day, it’s a good idea to set aside time to unwind before going to bed. Experts recommend such things as a warm bath, quiet music, or light reading as activities for this time.
